How to Add a Watermark to a PDF

  1. Choose or drop one PDF file to open it in the browser-side workspace.
  2. Enter your custom text in the Watermark text field. The tool starts with CONFIDENTIAL, which you can replace with DRAFT, FOR REVIEW, or your own wording.
  3. Choose All pages or Selected pages, then adjust font size, color, opacity, rotation, and position. Use a position preset, the position sliders, or drag the text on the live page preview.
  4. Choose Apply watermark. Sign in if prompted, then download the watermarked PDF from the result screen. Your original file is not overwritten.

Customize Your PDF Watermark

Use the Watermark text field to put a custom text watermark on your PDF document. Change its font size, color, opacity, rotation, and placement.
